Revision, Refund & Ownership Policy

Revisions

Each kit includes a defined number of revision rounds. A revision round is a consolidated set of feedback covering copy, structure or visual adjustments applied at once. Additional revisions can be scoped separately.

• Career Launch Kit: 1 revision round.
• Professional Presence Kit: 2 revision rounds.
• Executive Authority Kit: 3 revision rounds.
• Founding Client Spot: 1 revision round.

No refunds

All payments to Nexa Brand Studio are final and non-refundable. Personal Brand Kits require strategy, research and creative work that begins immediately after payment, and payment reserves dedicated production capacity that cannot be resold.

• Deposits, full payments and Founding Client Spots are non-refundable once submitted.
• If a project is paused or canceled by the client for any reason, fees already paid are not returned.
• Included revision rounds continue to apply as scoped in the purchased package.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed outside this policy will be contested with a copy of these terms and the signed intake record.

If something has gone wrong on our side, contact ecoronado@nexacollectivehq.com — we will always work with you in good faith on scope, timing or revisions before any dispute.

Ownership

On delivery, the finished website and associated project — code, custom domain and platform accounts — are transferred to you. You own your Personal Brand Kit outright.

• All packages include registration of one available standard domain costing up to $25 for the first year. Premium domains are not included.
• Beginning in year two, domain renewals and future platform expenses are your responsibility.
• No maintenance contract is required. Future updates are optional and not included unless stated.
